So, where did I go for six or so months?? Well, I was doing summer school and beginning this semester, however this month is.... NaNoWriMo!!! And even though I initially thought I'd re-write Mr. Novel during this month since Student Teaching is next semester and I know very little will get done, I decided to go ahead and finish Beyond the Fading Sun. Like a pregnant lady, I kinda want this story out of my head. Four years is long enough, thanks. So, every Thursday and Sunday of November I'll be picking a spot and writing my heart out, and hopefully by December 1 I will have a novel. And hopefully by Christmas break I can begin to post Fading Sun (FINALLY).

I've been re-working the first chapter as a way for stress relief this week and I really like how it's going so far. The last few times that I tried to re-do the first chapter it turns into all telling and no showing. Hopefully with this draft it will be much more showing so that readers can actually get a feel of what they're stepping into. I do have to say, though, this amv and this trailer/amv have really got my writers juices flowing! I just wish I didn't have school to worry about this week.
